About Our Founders
Ursula Dean
As an RN and nurse practitioner with 20 years experience in women’s health and over a decade of those years in the reproductive endocrinology specialty, I co-founded Concierge IVF to meet a specialized need of patients seeking reproductive care. The foundation and concepts upon which Concierge IVF was built are born of my dedication to my patients and love of my profession. Being able to build an additional method by which to support those on their family building journey has proven to be even more meaningful than we could have imagined.
Arry Higgins
As a Registered Nurse with over 15 years of experience in reproductive endocrinology, I co-founded Concierge IVF after identifying a huge need in the patient population at my full-time job. I’m passionate about reproductive health and supporting people through their reproductive health journey. Seeking assistance for family planning – whatever that may be – requires a lot of hard work. This team knows first hand how stressful the injection portion can be for our patients. Being able to provide my passion and expertise to people during this time is unmatched.
Tracey Rauen
As an RN with over 36 years experience encompassing neonates to adults, my focus has always been women and children, with the last 12 years in reproductive endocrinology. We started Concierge IVF together to meet the very specialized needs of our patients going through IVF. Realizing the emotional and physical stress these patients were going through, we identified a need to help with the stress of managing and injecting their medications. We could have never imagined the bonds we have created with our patients as we support them during their IVF journey.
